Projects on Android

Time Tracking: Classic iOS and Android Handbook Create, view and organize projects on the fly with Timely for Android.

With Timely’s Android app, you can set up projects on the fly. Add your team, set rates and budgets and everything is ready to roll before you even sit down!

First, head to the “Projects” tab then the blue ”+” in the bottom-right corner:

Create a new project

From there, you can add a title for your project by tapping “New project”:

Enter project name

Select the client it belongs to or create a new client:

Select or create a client

Select the project color:

Choose project color

Add users who can log time to the project:

Add users to the project

Set one hourly rate for all users on a project, or individual rates per user:

Set hourly rates

Create a money or time budget:

Set project budget

Finally, select the tags you want to use when logging time:

Select project tags

Tap the green check mark in the top-right corner of the screen and you’re done!
