Flexible project access, failed sync details, and richer Zoom titles

New Features

  • All workspace projects in hour editor — When admins enable it, you can log time to any active project in your workspace without needing to be assigned first. You’re added as a member when you log time to a new project. Log time to a project you’re not part of without committing to membership — or join permanently if it’s ongoing work.
  • AutoSheet paused notifications — Know immediately when automatic timesheet generation has paused, and how to get it running again. Learn about notifications

Improvements

  • More pinned projects in hour editor — Pin up to 20 projects for quick access in the hour editor, up from 10.
  • Linked work filtering — Find the right linked task faster with clearer scope controls and tooltips explaining each filter option.
  • Google Calendar reliabilityCalendar entry properties import reliably again. Private and confidential Outlook events are automatically redacted to protect sensitive information.
  • Failed sync details — See exactly why time entries failed to sync and how many are affected by each issue, so you can resolve problems without guessing.
  • Richer Zoom meeting titlesZoom sessions now show participant names in your Timeline, giving you the context you need to assign time accurately.

Bug Fixes

  • Note preservation when claiming time — Notes are no longer lost when assigning unassigned time to a project.
  • Empty drag selection errors — Drag-selecting empty areas of the timeline no longer triggers error notifications.
  • Office 365 calendar sync — Fixed an issue where failed syncs could delete valid Office 365 calendar entries.
  • Tag validation for archived projects — Admins can now move entries to archived projects without hitting tag requirement errors.
  • Stable project dropdown — The entry editor dropdown no longer breaks when a project appears across multiple groups — Recent, Pinned, and Client folders all render cleanly together.
