New Features
- Add manual time on days with no activity. Some days don’t have enough captured activity for AutoSheet to build a timesheet. Now you can add time manually — create an entry, assign it to a project, and it saves automatically. If AutoSheet later tries to generate suggestions for that day, it’ll check with you before discarding any unsaved manual work.
- Clearer setup guidance for monday.com If you try to connect monday.com before an admin has installed the Timely app in your workspace, you’ll now see a clear message and a direct link to install it — before you’re prompted to log in. No more confusing authentication errors during setup.
- Automatic malware scanning on uploads Files you upload — CSV imports, profile photos, workspace logos — are now automatically scanned for malware before they’re stored. Anything flagged is rejected immediately with a clear explanation, keeping your workspace even safer.
- New Utilization % column in reports People and Teams reports now include a Utilization % column, showing billable hours as a percentage of capacity for each row. A colour-coded indicator (green, yellow, coral) makes it easy to spot who’s on or off target at a glance, and hovering shows the numbers behind it.
- Richer Bullhorn detail for browser extension users If you use the Timely browser extension on Mac or Windows, Bullhorn time entries now include the specific client environment, making it easier to see exactly where your time came from.
Improvements
- Faster scrolling when linking tasks Scrolling through the task picker is now noticeably faster, especially on deeper pages. Switching filters or scope keeps your place at the top of the list instead of jumping around.
- Faster updates for connected integrations Updates for connected tools now process at the same time across accounts, so one slow connection no longer holds up updates for everyone else.
- More reliable AutoSheet submissions AutoSheet now waits for any in-progress duration edit to finish saving before you can submit, so the hour created always reflects your latest edit.
- AutoSheet timeline reflects daylight saving changes On daylight saving transition days, AutoSheet’s timeline now correctly shows 23 or 25 hours instead of the usual 24, so entries line up with the actual day.
- Deleted projects no longer leave phantom hours When a project is deleted, related AutoSheet entries and hours are now removed at the same time, instead of appearing as “Unknown Project” time in your week summary.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed project list pagination Paging through projects while sorted by certain columns could show duplicate or missing rows. All sorting options now return complete, accurate results.
- Fixed long ID numbers in exports External IDs from tools like Asana, Jira, and ClickUp with more than 15 digits could appear rounded or in scientific notation in CSV and Excel exports. These now export exactly as they should.
- Azure AD sync now recovers automatically If your Azure AD sync link expired, syncing would stop until manually reset. It now detects this and recovers on its own.
