Faster Linked-Work Search, Flexible Time Logging, and Reliability Fixes

New Features

• Tags now sync automatically for all linked integrations. When you link a time entry to an item in ClickUp, Jira, monday.com, or another connected tool, Timely automatically applies that item’s tags for you — no more adding them by hand. This now works across every integration that supports tags, not just Tasks.
• Log time manually without the Memory app — If you haven’t installed Memory or connected a calendar, you can now dismiss the data-source prompt in AutoSheet and log time manually instead. You’ll still see a reminder that Memory makes tracking easier, but manual entry and your Timeline are fully available either way.

Improvements

• Faster loading and searching for linked work — Browsing and searching linked items (like ClickUp cards or Jira issues) is now noticeably faster, especially on accounts with a lot of linked work. Pages that used to time out now load in moments.

Bug Fixes

• Timeline drag actions are now more reliable — Fixed several issues with dragging in the AutoSheet timeline — resizing entries, dragging to create new entries in empty slots, and clicking AI-drafted entries now work consistently. Quick drags register properly, short drags create a small time block instead of disappearing, and dragging outside the browser window no longer affects later selections.
• Fixed AutoSheet submission errors caused by archived tags — Previously, if a tag was archived while still attached to a pending AutoSheet entry, submitting time for that day would fail. Archiving a tag now automatically clears it from any pending entries, so this no longer happens.
• Fixed an error when exporting PDF reports with only project-level fields — PDF report exports now generate correctly when your field selection includes only project or client details with no hours data. The report simply skips the hours table in that case.
