New Features

• Know exactly where your seats stand. The Subscription page now shows how many people in your workspace are active, how many invites are still pending, and whether you’re over your seat limit. Enterprise accounts can now see this breakdown too. Click Active or Invited to jump straight to the matching list on the People page.
• Keep track of pending invites. The People page has a new Invited users tab, so you can see who hasn’t joined yet without them cluttering your active members. You can still re-invite and manage invited members from there.
• Fine-tune your report filters. When you select “All”, “Active” or “Archived” projects or clients in a report, you can now untick individual ones without losing the rest of your selection. Your reports and exports reflect exactly what you chose.

Improvements

• A clearer projects list. Your projects list is easier to scan and filter:
  • A “Showing X of Y projects” count appears next to search.
  • Active filters are highlighted, with a quick way to clear them all.
  • External ID and Description are now optional columns.
  • The Active badge is hidden when you’re already viewing active projects.
  • The layout is lighter, with subtler dividers and client names.
• Preview linked tickets in AutoSheet. Hover over, focus on, or tap a linked ticket in AutoSheet to see its full title, key, source, status and a short description. It works with Jira, Linear, ClickUp, monday.com and other connected tools, so you can pick the right ticket with confidence.

Bug Fixes

• Tags now show correctly in exports and invoices. Entries logged on projects set to allow only one tag now show the full tag list in CSV, Excel and PDF exports, and invoice lines display the tag list instead of appearing blank.
• Timesheet exports follow your Tags setting. Choosing “Tags” or “Tag lists” in the Options menu now exports just what you selected, rather than both.
• Azure AD syncing is more reliable. An invite that can’t be completed no longer holds up the rest of your directory sync.
• AutoSheet hours now get project default tags. Hours created from an AutoSheet timesheet now pick up the default tags set on the project, matching hours logged elsewhere in Timely.
