Per-period recurring budgets, faster Trello and Jira syncing, and reliability fixes

Set a different budget for each period of a recurring project. You can now schedule a new budget for each upcoming period of a recurring-budget project, right from the project editor — current and past periods stay untouched. The Budget History tab and your report exports (CSV, XLSX, PDF) both break down budget, spend, and remaining figures by period, so multi-period projects are easier to track over time.

Trello integration is more reliable. Cards on multi-page boards that used to go missing will now show up, boards with more than 50 labels will have all labels imported, and newly added boards or lists are available right away. Existing connections and data aren’t affected.
Jira custom field updates sync automatically. New values added to a mapped Jira custom field (like a “Client” dropdown) now appear in Timely as clients automatically, usually within two hours — no manual sync required.

monday.com syncs no longer get stuck on empty boards. A sync could previously hang when a board that once had tasks returned no results. Syncs now complete correctly in this case.
Project filter selections now display correctly. In the dashboard’s project filter, clicking “All” in a large workspace could make individual projects appear unchecked even though they were still selected. This was a display issue only — your reports and exports were always accurate — and is now fixed.
ClickUp tags import right away. Tags added to a ClickUp space after initial setup could take an extra sync to appear. They now import in the same sync that discovers the space.
Archived client data imports correctly. Projects and tasks belonging to an archived client now import correctly when you trigger a manual sync. The client stays archived, with its projects and tasks available underneath it.
Long names and descriptions no longer block an import. Very long project names, client names, task titles, or descriptions (for example, a lengthy ClickUp task body) are now automatically shortened on import instead of causing the sync to fail. Other items in the same sync are unaffected.
AI label suggestions no longer error when a tag is deleted. Opening a new time entry no longer shows an error if an AI-suggested label refers to a tag that’s since been removed. Those suggestions are now skipped quietly.
