Compliance Dashboard, Saved Filters, and Sync Reliability Improvements

New Features

• See your team’s compliance at a glance. Admins on eligible accounts get a new Compliance tab under People. Check who’s logging time, who isn’t, and how your team is adopting the Memory app — all in one dashboard. Summary cards highlight compliance, logging frequency, and missing hours across the team. Filter by status, activity, or team, export to CSV, or drill into individual users. Send reminders to anyone who hasn’t logged time after a period closes, and adjust your policy settings directly from the page.
• Tasks Analytics remembers your filters. Your filter setup on Tasks Analytics — date range, projects, teams, grouping, and more — is now saved automatically, so you don’t have to rebuild it every visit. Relative ranges like “this week” still update to the current period, and Clear Filters now works reliably every time.
• ClickUp tags sync automatically. New tags created in ClickUp now show up in Timely on their own within a couple of hours — no manual sync needed.

Improvements

• More reliable Jira syncing for large sites. Jira sync now recovers automatically on very large sites instead of getting stuck, so your data keeps flowing without needing anyone to step in.

Bug Fixes

• Recurring budget notifications now fire as expected. Budget threshold alerts (50%, 80%, 100%) for recurring monthly or weekly budgets now send each time a threshold is crossed, every period — not just the first time.
• Improved sync reliability for accounts with large user lists. Fixed an issue where syncing an integration with a very large number of users could fail. Syncs now complete successfully regardless of team size.
• Tags now display correctly in report exports. Fixed an issue where time entries with a default tag applied could show as “Untagged” in the Workspace Tags report export. Tag data now appears correctly in both the export and in-app.
