More control over project logging, smarter linked work filters, and more reliable integrations

New Features

  • Linked work filters in AutoSheet — The linked work picker in AutoSheet now automatically narrows to tasks matching the row’s project, with the same scope and status filters available in manual logging. Filter preferences are shared between AutoSheet and the manual time entry editor and persist across sessions.
  • Confirmation prompt for non-member projects — Saving a time entry on a project you’re not a member of now gives you three options: join the project permanently, log this one time without joining, or cancel. The same choice is available when bulk-moving entries on the timesheet.
  • Warning when moving entries to archived projects — Admins moving time entries to an archived project now see a warning before the change is applied. A “Don’t show this again” option is available and remembered across sessions.
  • View failed sync entries from integration settings — A “View failed entries” link now appears in the Time Entry Sync tab when entries have failed to sync, taking you straight to the Timesheet filtered to those entries so you can fix or re-sync them.
  • Jira project dropdown focused to linked client — When a time entry is linked to a Jira issue that maps to a single Timely client, the project dropdown now narrows to projects for that client, with a “show all projects” option if needed.
  • Bulk update project client — Admins and managers can now reassign the client on multiple projects at once from the Projects list.

Improvements

  • Jira task refresh — Jira tasks now refresh multiple times per day instead of once, keeping task names and details more current.
  • Asana team membership — Asana users now receive project access within seconds of joining a team, rather than waiting for the next scheduled sync.
  • ClickUp sync reliability — Inaccessible folders or lists no longer cause the entire ClickUp sync to fail, and numeric IDs on webhook events are now handled correctly..

Bug Fixes

  • Windows app captures — Apps running as browser-hosted PWAs, such as Copilot as an Edge PWA, are now tracked correctly even when no URL can be extracted.
  • Codex title tracking restored — Following a recent Codex Desktop update, tracked conversations were falling back to the generic “Codex” title. Correct chat titles are now captured again.
  • Monday.com large board imports — Multi-page task imports from Monday.com were failing on the second page. All tasks now import correctly regardless of board size.
  • “Don’t ask again” preference in AutoSheet — The saved preference on the unsubmitted timesheet warning is now respected across all three ways to leave AutoSheet, including via the “Switch to Classic” button..
