- Jira custom field in exports — If you use the Jira integration, you can now add a “Linked Work Item” column to your CSV and XLSX exports. It shows which Timely client maps to the linked Jira ticket, so you can quickly spot mismatches when reporting across Jira-connected projects.
- Bulk project change for time entries — Managers can now move time entries from multiple users to a different project in one action. If anyone isn’t already a member of that project, you’ll be asked whether to add them automatically. An undo option is available for 10 seconds if you need to reverse the change.
Bug Fixes
- Microsoft Teams phone calls now import — Phone calls made through Teams (including mobile calls) were previously not tracked in Timely. They now appear on the timeline, and inbound calls show the caller’s name or number correctly.
- Webhook integrations stay connected through temporary errors — Microsoft Teams and other webhook integrations would sometimes show as disconnected after brief network issues, even though nothing was actually wrong. These blips are now handled automatically in the background.
