New Features

- Bulk client update for projects — Reassign the client on multiple projects at once instead of updating them one by one. Just select your projects, pick the new client, and confirm — if anything looks wrong, you’ve got 10 seconds to undo it.
- Bulk project change for time entries — Managers can now move time entries from several team members to a different project in one go, instead of editing each entry individually. If anyone isn’t already on the target project, Timely will ask whether to add them automatically. Made a mistake? One undo reverses the whole change, including any team members who were added.
- See linked Jira clients right in your reports — If you use the Jira integration, your Timesheet and CSV reports can now show which client a linked Jira ticket is mapped to, so it’s easy to catch entries where the client on a time entry doesn’t match the one tied to the related ticket.
- Microsoft Teams phone calls now tracked automatically — Phone calls made through Microsoft Teams now show up as time entries automatically, just like other Teams activity. Previously these calls didn’t get tracked at all, since Teams only sent through phone numbers rather than who made the call — Timely now figures that out for you.
Bug Fixes
- Timesheet reminders now respect your preferences — If you’ve dismissed the unsubmitted timesheet reminder for 30 days, that preference now applies consistently across all ways of switching out of AutoSheet view.
- Clearer Azure SSO error messages — Signing in via Azure SSO with an unverified email now shows a clearer, more specific message to help you understand what’s happening.
