This promotion is offered by Timely (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
Eligibility
This promotion is open to current Timely users who are selected based on company size and business type.
Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
The promotion is not open to employees of Timely, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to this promotion.
Participants can only enter the promotion once.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete a short survey about their use of Timely and how it has benefited their business.
Only one entry per user is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual or account will be disqualified.
Promotion Period
The survey promotion will close on December 13th, 17:00 CET.
The winner will be drawn at random and announced on Timely’s social media accounts on December 18th.
5. Prize
The prize is a Remarkable 2 device, or a similar product if the Remarkable 2 is unavailable.
Timely will be responsible for all shipping and delivery costs of the prize.
No cash alternative or other substitution is available except in the case of unavailability as outlined above.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Timely account by December 13th.
The winner must respond to the notification email by 17:00 CET on December 16th to claim their prize. If no response is received by this time, Timely reserves the right to select another winner at random.
Promotional Use
By entering the promotion, the winner agrees to allow Timely to use their first name and company name for promotional purposes, including but not limited to announcements on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
General Terms
Timely reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion at their discretion.
Timely’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion, including the selection of the winner, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering, participants agree that Timely will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.
Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with Timely’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as necessary for the administration of the prize.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
